- Search for dream home and complete offer to purchase; send broker offer & listing
- Receive conditional approval in 4 hours
- Fulfill conditions: Employment verification (letter & pay stub), down payment verification (gift letter, bank statements or investment statements).
- Receive Mortgage commitment: In as quickly as 4 hours.
- After all documents are received – go to lawyer’s office and sign mortgage papers.
